He is presently working at 4Sight Advisors, India, as a Founder Member and Chief Advisor.   • Launched a greenfield 200-bedded hospital in Congo, Africa, covering three aspects:
    • Led the set-up and operationalization of the facility.
    • Evaluation, recommendation and implementation of the entire IT suite of software and hardware.
    • Healthcare talent acquisition.
  • Led the foray of a new entrant in the Indian healthcare industry by defining their business strategy and executing it through acquisition of a 100-bedded facility in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
  • Advising a medical education institute, University of Medical Sciences and Technology, Sudan in evaluating and recommending a state of the art, enbd to end University management software, and website hosting and maintence solution provider.

    • To lead the newly established Strategic Business Unit focused on the medical education front
    • The SBU is being initiated with the group’s first medical institute in the country
    • To successfully launch this institute as a leading medical education institute in the country; and to grow the SBU through organic and inorganic measures

    Professional Achievements

    • Played a critical role in discussions on taking the O&M contract for running the college, which was shutdown for the previous 4 months due to employee strikes
    • Acted on behalf of the state government as Advisor to restart the college and played a central role in negotiations with employees to break the strike.
    • Successfully re-started operations within 3 days of negotiations
    • Post which, installed the CEO for the college and moved on to take over the role in Delhi to recast/revive a leading sub brand of the system

  • Vice President Supply Chain India(May 2012 – April 2013)

    • Manage all the verticals of Supply Chain for the Group
    • Direct reportees included Head Purchasing, Medical Equipment, Head Purchasing, Drugs and Consumables, Head Contracted Services, and Head Distribution

  • Zonal Director – North and Central Delhi(July 2010 – May 2102)

    • Complete P&L responsibility of the Zone consisting three hospitals, Shalimar Bagh, Faridabad and Jessa Ram with 266, 200 and 125 beds, respectively
    • Expansion of Zone through mergers and acquisitions
    • Manage relationships with medical fraternity (doctors – within and outside) – Strategic Hiring
    • Liaison with Government and State Agencies for approval for commissioning of the green field hospital
